Varial Media is a small team of web developers that specialize in creating websites that aim to enhance the online gaming experience of our visitors.

We are looking for an SEO Manager, preferably with prior experience, to join our team in Bergen to help out with the marketing and conversion optimization of our websites and to make sure that our products are put out in front of the right audience.
Our company owns a small number of websites in the gaming industry and are looking for someone to spearhead our marketing efforts of these assets online. We mainly drive traffic through SEO efforts and would like to continue doing what we do best: produce high quality websites that our visitors find useful and will want to come back to.
You will work with developing SEO strategies and campaigns, usually in cooperation with the content editors and web developers, for our websites. You will also need to do hands-on work like outreach and link-building to execute said campaigns.
As we are a small team at the moment, your tasks might stretch further around these key tasks, so you can expect a varied job that will push you towards learning new things.
We are looking for a candidate that is well organised and has strong technical skills. You also need to have knowledge of all the elements of on-page, off-page and analytics.
At the same time, you need to have a great ability to think creatively in order to come up with new marketing campaigns and methods to increase our web presence online.

We are on the lookout for a full-stack developer that will be able to take our business to the next level. You need to be comfortable with architecting and developing systems that is able to grow and scale, as well as like to enjoy coding front-end and basic Wordpress sites.

We are managing about 5 fully fledged out websites, but that number is now rapidly growing and we already foresee the need to create a back-end to unite these assets to operate more efficiently and with less errors.
You will mainly be tasked with the creation, designing and development of our new back-end system that will be used as a central hub for all our activities on our web assets:
Our company is still at a relatively small scale and can always use developers to help out with our current assets, whether it be updating old code, add new and improved functionalities, develop new sites or other tasks.

This position is best suited for someone that are highly skilled at HTML5, CSS and also knows some jQuery. If you can accompany these attributes with a keen eye for good design and UX/UI, you would be a perfect candidate to fill our need for a web developer.

We are looking for a designer that will be tasked with all the creative work needed, whether it be designing new websites, adding visuals for content or providing new banners for our social media profiles. Creativity is the key for this position, with a good dose of design talent added on.
As our head designer you will mainly be tasked with creating mock-ups for new websites we are working on, collaborating with our team of developers and marketers to create the best experience for our planned audience. You will doing the whole process from plans and mock-up to designing and A/B testing.
It also entails creating graphics on the regular for other web assets and projects we have ongoing as needed, so a general fondness of creative work is a great plus for this position.
An excellent candidate for this project would be someone that has experience with coding websites that both look visually stunning, but also creates a great user experience for our readers.
You must be highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and/or other similar design software, and be able to let your creativity shine through in all the designs and graphics you are making.
If you also are a decent coder that would be able to put your designs on the world wide web after you are finished with creating them, you are definitely a candidate we are looking for!
